Claude Code < 1.0.111 - Code Injection via Startup Trust Dialog Bypass
Claude Code is an agentic coding tool. Versions before 1.0.111 were vulnerable to Code Injection due to a bug in the startup trust dialog implementation. Claude Code could be tricked to execute code contained in a project before the user accepted the startup trust dialog. Exploiting this requires a user to start Claude Code in an untrusted directory. Users on standard Claude Code auto-update will have received this fix automatically. Users performing manual updates are advised to update to the latest version. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.111.

eml-parser < 2.0.1 - Path Traversal and Arbitrary File Write via Unsanitized Attachment Filename
eml_parser serves as a python module for parsing eml files and returning various information found in the e-mail as well as computed information. Prior to version 2.0.1, the official example script examples/recursively_extract_attachments.py contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows arbitrary file write outside the intended output directory. Attachment filenames extracted from parsed emails are directly used to construct output file paths without any sanitization, allowing an attacker-controlled filename to escape the target directory. This issue has been patched in version 2.0.1.

AutoGPT < 0.4.0 - Server-Side Template Injection via AgentOutputBlock Format String
AutoGPT versions 0.3.4 and earlier are vulnerable to a Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI) that could lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE). The vulnerability arises from the improper handling of user-supplied format strings in the `AgentOutputBlock` implementation, where malicious input is passed to the Jinja2 templating engine without adequate security measures. Attackers can exploit this flaw to execute arbitrary commands on the host system. The issue is fixed in version 0.4.0.

WordPress User Registration & Membership Plugin <=5.1.2 - Privilege Escalation
The User Registration & Membership – Custom Registration Form Builder, Custom Login Form, User Profile, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to improper privilege management in all versions up to, and including, 5.1.2. This is due to the plugin accepting a user-supplied role during membership registration without properly enforcing a server-side allowlist. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create administrator accounts by supplying a role value during membership registration.

Appsmith < 1.96 - Stored Cross-Site Scripting in Table Widget via Invite Users Feature
Appsmith is a platform to build admin panels, internal tools, and dashboards. Prior to 1.96, a Critical Stored XSS vulnerability exists in the Table Widget (TableWidgetV2). The root cause is a lack of HTML sanitization in the React component rendering pipeline, allowing malicious attributes to be interpolated into the DOM. By leveraging the "Invite Users" feature, an attacker with a regular user account ([email protected]) can force a System Administrator to execute a high-privileged API call (/api/v1/admin/env), resulting in a Full Administrative Account Takeover. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.96.

Koa 3.0.0-3.1.1 and <2.16.14 - Host Header Injection via ctx.hostname
Koa is middleware for Node.js using ES2017 async functions. Prior to versions 3.1.2 and 2.16.4, Koa's `ctx.hostname` API performs naive parsing of the HTTP Host header, extracting everything before the first colon without validating the input conforms to RFC 3986 hostname syntax. When a malformed Host header containing a `@` symbol is received, `ctx.hostname` returns `evil[.]com` - an attacker-controlled value. Applications using `ctx.hostname` for URL generation, password reset links, email verification URLs, or routing decisions are vulnerable to Host header injection attacks. Versions 3.1.2 and 2.16.4 fix the issue.

Redis < 6.2.20, 8.2.1-8.2.2 - Authenticated Use-After-Free via Lua Script Garbage Collector Manipulation
Redis is an open source, in-memory database that persists on disk. Versions 8.2.1 and below allow an authenticated user to use a specially crafted Lua script to manipulate the garbage collector, trigger a use-after-free and potentially lead to remote code execution. The problem exists in all versions of Redis with Lua scripting. This issue is fixed in version 8.2.2. To workaround this issue without patching the redis-server executable is to prevent users from executing Lua scripts. This can be done using ACL to restrict EVAL and EVALSHA commands.

FreshRSS < 1.28.0 - Authorization Bypass via Master Authentication Token
FreshRSS is a free, self-hostable RSS aggregator. Prior 1.28.0, a bug in the auth logic related to master authentication tokens, this restriction is bypassed. Usually only the default user's feed should be viewable if anonymous viewing is enabled, and feeds of other users should be private. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.28.0.

FreshRSS 57e1a37-00f2f04 - Auth Bypass
FreshRSS is a free, self-hostable RSS aggregator. From 57e1a37 - 00f2f04, the lengths of the nonce was changed from 40 chars to 64. password_verify() is currently being called with a constructed string (SHA-256 nonce + part of a bcrypt hash) instead of the raw user password. Due to bcrypt’s 72-byte input truncation, this causes password verification to succeed even when the user enters an incorrect password. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.27.2-dev (476e57b). The issue was only present in the edge branch and never in a stable release.

OpenSSH <9.6 - Open Redirect
The SSH transport protocol with certain OpenSSH extensions, found in OpenSSH before 9.6 and other products, allows remote attackers to bypass integrity checks such that some packets are omitted (from the extension negotiation message), and a client and server may consequently end up with a connection for which some security features have been downgraded or disabled, aka a Terrapin attack. This occurs because the SSH Binary Packet Protocol (BPP), implemented by these extensions, mishandles the handshake phase and mishandles use of sequence numbers. For example, there is an effective attack against SSH's use of ChaCha20-Poly1305 (and CBC with Encrypt-then-MAC). The bypass occurs in [email protected] and (if CBC is used) the [email protected] MAC algorithms. This also affects Maverick Synergy Java SSH API before 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT, Dropbear through 2022.83, Ssh before 5.1.1 in Erlang/OTP, PuTTY before 0.80, AsyncSSH before 2.14.2, golang.org/x/crypto before 0.17.0, libssh before 0.10.6, libssh2 through 1.11.0, Thorn Tech SFTP Gateway before 3.4.6, Tera Term before 5.1, Paramiko before 3.4.0, jsch before 0.2.15, SFTPGo before 2.5.6, Netgate pfSense Plus through 23.09.1, Netgate pfSense CE through 2.7.2, HPN-SSH through 18.2.0, ProFTPD before 1.3.8b (and before 1.3.9rc2), ORYX CycloneSSH before 2.3.4, NetSarang XShell 7 before Build 0144, CrushFTP before 10.6.0, ConnectBot SSH library before 2.2.22, Apache MINA sshd through 2.11.0, sshj through 0.37.0, TinySSH through 20230101, trilead-ssh2 6401, LANCOM LCOS and LANconfig, FileZilla before 3.66.4, Nova before 11.8, PKIX-SSH before 14.4, SecureCRT before 9.4.3, Transmit5 before 5.10.4, Win32-OpenSSH before 9.5.0.0p1-Beta, WinSCP before 6.2.2, Bitvise SSH Server before 9.32, Bitvise SSH Client before 9.33, KiTTY through 0.76.1.13, the net-ssh gem 7.2.0 for Ruby, the mscdex ssh2 module before 1.15.0 for Node.js, the thrussh library before 0.35.1 for Rust, and the Russh crate before 0.40.2 for Rust.
