CVE-1999-0905

This exploit sends a malformed IP packet with a zero-length SECURITY and TIMESTAMP IP options field to trigger an infinite loop in Axent Raptor 6.0 firewalls, resulting in a remote denial of service (DoS). The PoC constructs a raw TCP packet with crafted IP options and sends it to the target.
