CVE-2013-6356

This exploit leverages a SEH buffer overflow in GOM Player 2.2.53.5169 by modifying registry keys to execute arbitrary code (calc.exe) when the player is launched. The payload is delivered via a .reg file and requires prior execution of GOM Player to ensure registry keys exist.

The exploit demonstrates a buffer overflow vulnerability in Avira Secure Backup v1.0.0.1 by manipulating registry keys to overwrite memory, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution. The PoC generates a malicious .reg file to trigger the overflow.
