This exploit demonstrates an unauthenticated device reboot vulnerability in multiple KZTech/JatonTec/Neotel 4G LTE CPE devices. The issue is triggered by sending an HTTP GET request to the `/goform/RestartDevice` endpoint, causing the device to restart without requiring authentication.
