This exploit targets a denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability in TANDBERG MXP FIPS140 endpoints by flooding the device with RAS URQ requests, causing it to exhaust memory and reboot. The PoC sends over 3280 UDP packets to port 1719, leveraging a flaw in the H.225 RAS implementation.
