The exploit demonstrates an authentication bypass vulnerability in Elber Cleber/3 Broadcast Multi-Purpose Platform by directly accessing the `set_pwd` endpoint to overwrite user passwords without authentication. The PoC includes a cURL command to exploit the vulnerability by setting a new password for the administrator account.
