This Python script generates an HTML file containing a large number of nested <marquee> tags, which triggers a Denial of Service (DoS) in Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 and Gran Paradiso 3.0a3. The exploit leverages a browser rendering vulnerability to crash or hang the target application.
