The exploit demonstrates a remote Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability in Novell's LDAP-SSL daemon by sending a crafted packet that causes the system to allocate an excessive amount of memory. The PoC script in Perl connects to the target via SSL and sends a malformed LDAP request with a user-specified memory allocation size.
