This Perl script exploits a denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability in CesarFTP 0.99g by sending an excessively long argument to the 'CWD' command, causing the server to hang. The exploit establishes an FTP connection, authenticates, and then sends a malformed 'CWD' command with a large number of dots to trigger the vulnerability.
