EIP-2026-115034

This exploit targets a denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability in Cesar FTP Server by sending an overly long command (5000 bytes of 'A's) to crash the server. The code establishes a TCP connection, sends the malicious payload, and continuously resends it to maintain the DoS condition.
