EIP-2026-115044

This exploit creates a fake IRC server that sends a maliciously crafted NOTICE message with an excessively large string to trigger a denial-of-service (DoS) condition in ChatZilla clients. The exploit binds to a specified port and waits for connections, then sends the oversized payload to cause 100% CPU usage on the target.
