This exploit targets a buffer overflow vulnerability in MailEnable Professional HTTPMail 1.19 by sending a crafted HTTP request with an excessively large Content-Length header, causing a denial of service (DoS). The script uses DEBUG to create a malicious HTTP request file and netcat (nc.exe) to send it to the target.
