This Python script generates an HTML file containing a large buffer of NOP sleds (0x90) to trigger a denial-of-service condition in Internet Explorer 7. The exploit leverages exceptional condition handling failures in IE7, causing it to crash after approximately 60 seconds of rendering the malicious HTML.
