EIP-2026-115788

This is a functional UDP flooder that exploits a denial-of-service vulnerability in Microsoft Windows 98 by sending fragmented, spoofed UDP packets. The code constructs raw IP/UDP packets with spoofed source addresses and sends them in a loop to consume system resources.
