This exploit generates a malicious .mef file containing a large buffer of 'A' characters (1000 bytes) to trigger a denial-of-service (DoS) condition in Multimedia Builder 4.9.8 when the file is imported. The vulnerability is likely due to improper handling of file input, leading to a crash.
