This Perl script exploits a remote denial-of-service vulnerability in P2GChinchilla HTTP Server 1.1.1 by sending an oversized buffer (100,000,000 'A' characters) via a 'stor' command, causing the server to crash. The exploit establishes a TCP connection to the target and sends the malicious payload.
