EIP-2026-116243

This exploit generates a malformed .wav file with an oversized buffer (36,000 bytes) to trigger a denial-of-service (DoS) condition in SimplePlayer v0.2. The exploit overwrites the buffer at 262 bytes, causing a crash when the file is processed.
