This exploit targets TFTPUtil GUI 1.3.0 by sending a malformed UDP packet with an oversized mode field (384 'A' characters) to trigger a remote denial-of-service condition. The payload is crafted to exploit a buffer overflow vulnerability in the TFTP server component.
