This Perl script generates a malformed VBS file with an excessively long string (44,000 'a' characters) that triggers a denial-of-service (DoS) condition when opened in VbsEdit v4.6.1.0. The exploit leverages a buffer overflow or memory handling vulnerability in the target software.
