This Perl script exploits an off-by-one buffer overflow in WinAgents TFTP Server 3.0 by sending a maliciously crafted UDP packet with an excessively long filename, resulting in a denial of service (DoS). The exploit constructs a TFTP request with a 1000-byte filename and sends it to the target server on port 69.
