EIP-2026-116551

This exploit targets CVE-2024-38063, a vulnerability in Windows IPv6 stack, by sending malformed IPv6 packets to trigger a denial-of-service (BSOD). It uses Scapy to craft and send packets with corrupted IPv6 extension headers.
