This Perl script exploits a denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability in Xeneo Web Server 2.2.9.0 by sending a malformed HTTP GET request with an excessively long query string. The script establishes a TCP connection to the target server and sends the crafted request, causing the server to crash.
