This exploit targets a vulnerability in the Microsoft Windows 2000 RSVP Server, allowing an attacker to hijack network management by spoofing RSVP packets. It sends crafted I_AM_WILLING and I_AM_DSBM packets to exploit the authority hijacking flaw.
