This exploit targets a design flaw in Symantec AMS Intel Alert Handler service (hndlrsvc.exe) to achieve remote command execution without authentication. It crafts a malicious packet to exploit the vulnerability in Symantec SAVCE 10.1.8 and earlier versions.
