This exploit demonstrates a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability in Snes9K 0.0.9z by overflowing a buffer in the Netplay-Options Socket Port Number field. The PoC generates a malformed input file ('open.txt') with a crafted payload designed to trigger a structured exception handler (SEH) overwrite, leading to a crash.
