Open ISES Tickets < 3.44.2 Hardcoded MySQL Database Credentials in loader.php
Open ISES Tickets before 3.44.2 contains hardcoded MySQL database credentials in loader.php (a public-facing database utility) that are committed to the source repository. Any actor with access to the public source tree (or an unauthenticated attacker with read access to the file on a deployed installation) can read the username, password, and database name and use them to connect to the database if it is reachable from their network.

CVE-2026-48246 WRITEUP MEDIUM
Open ISES Tickets < 3.44.2 Disabled TLS Certificate Verification in ajax/reports.php
Open ISES Tickets before 3.44.2 disables TLS certificate verification in ajax/reports.php by setting CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER to false (and not setting CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST) when issuing outbound HTTPS requests for Google Maps Directions API lookups during incident report generation. An attacker positioned on the network path between the server and the remote endpoint can present a forged certificate to intercept, monitor, or modify the request and response, including any API keys or session-bearing data in transit.
CVSS 5.9

CVE-2026-5118 GITHUB CRITICAL python
Divi Form Builder <= 5.1.2 - Unauthenticated Privilege Escalation via 'role'
The Divi Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in versions up to, and including, 5.1.2. This is due to the plugin accepting a user-controlled 'role' parameter from POST data during user registration without validating it against the form's configured default_user_role setting. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create administrator accounts by tampering with the role parameter during registration.

CVE-2026-46300 NOMISEC HIGH
net: skbuff: propagate shared-frag marker through frag-transfer helpers
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: skbuff: preserve shared-frag marker during coalescing skb_try_coalesce() can attach paged frags from @from to @to. If @from has SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG set, the resulting @to skb can contain the same externally-owned or page-cache-backed frags, but the shared-frag marker is currently lost. That breaks the invariant relied on by later in-place writers. In particular, ESP input checks skb_has_shared_frag() before deciding whether an uncloned nonlinear skb can skip skb_cow_data(). If TCP receive coalescing has moved shared frags into an unmarked skb, ESP can see skb_has_shared_frag() as false and decrypt in place over page-cache backed frags. Propagate SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG when skb_try_coalesce() transfers paged frags. The tailroom copy path does not need the marker because it copies bytes into @to's linear data rather than transferring frag descriptors.

CVE-2026-2636 GITHUB MEDIUM python
Windows OS < 25H2 - Denial of Service via CLFS.sys Driver Inconsistency
This vulnerability is caused by a CWE‑159: "Improper Handling of Invalid Use of Special Elements" weakness, which leads to an unrecoverable inconsistency in the CLFS.sys driver. This condition forces a call to the KeBugCheckEx function, allowing an unprivileged user to trigger a system crash. Microsoft silently fixed this vulnerability in the September 2025 cumulative update for Windows 11 2024 LTSC and Windows Server 2025. Windows 25H2 (released in September) was released with the patch. Windows 1123h2 and earlier versions remain vulnerable.

CVE-2026-22794 GITHUB CRITICAL python
Appsmith < 1.93 - Origin Validation Error in Email Link Generation
Appsmith is a platform to build admin panels, internal tools, and dashboards. Prior to 1.93, the server uses the Origin value from the request headers as the email link baseUrl without validation. If an attacker controls the Origin, password reset / email verification links in emails can be generated pointing to the attacker’s domain, causing authentication tokens to be exposed and potentially leading to account takeover. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.93.
